Elite Service Centre is an independent, multi-brand appliance repair service based in Cuddalore. We are not an authorised service centre of any manufacturer. All brand names shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
A visiting-and-inspection charge applies to every doorstep visit and is informed to you at the time of booking. If you proceed with the repair, this charge is adjusted against the final bill. If you decline the quoted repair, only the inspection charge is payable.
After diagnosis, the technician shares a clear quote covering labour and parts. Work begins only after your approval, and the approved quote is the price you pay. Payment is due on completion of the job.
Repairs carry a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same fault recurs within the warranty window, we return and fix it at no extra labour cost. The warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, physical damage, electrical surges, water damage, or issues caused by misuse or third-party tampering after our repair. Spare parts carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer or supplier.
Please provide safe access to the appliance, a working power point, and accurate information about the fault. For installed units (such as ACs), any civil or structural work is outside the repair scope unless agreed in advance.
Our liability for any claim arising from a repair is limited to the amount paid for that repair. Ageing appliances can develop unrelated faults after a repair; we are not responsible for failures outside the scope of the work carried out.
